This Regulation is an integral part of the Booking Form. For anything not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current regulations, good taste and common sense of everyone in the interest of all.

1. Application

These conditions regulate the contracts for the temporary use of rooms in the Bed Breakfast and the Apartment for accommodation and for any additional services provided by the structure.

2. The contract

Offers are not binding on both parties. The contract can be considered valid only if confirmed by the manager of the facility, after confirmation of payment.
Unless otherwise agreed, the rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm (check-in) and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure (check-out).

3. Prices and payment

Tenuta Donna Maria is obliged to make available the rooms booked by the customer and to provide the agreed services based on confirmation by the structure.
The customer is obliged to pay the agreed price for accommodation and other confirmed services. The billing takes place in Euros.
Payment takes place on the PayPal platform directly during the booking phase. Once payment has been confirmed, the reservation is valid. The customer will receive both the booking confirmation from our site and the payment receipt from PayPal via email.

4. Withdrawal by the facility

Tenuta Donna Maria has the right for justified reason to withdraw from the contract without liability for damages, for example, if:

  • causes of force majeure or other circumstances outside the scope of the structure make it impossible to fulfill the contract (for example: floods, fires, earthquakes and other unpredictable natural causes)
  • a booking was made with misleading or false information
  • Tenuta Donna Maria has reasonable grounds to believe that the stay may compromise the proper functioning, safety or reputation of the property in public.

Tenuta Donna Maria has the duty to inform the customer immediately of the withdrawal. In case of justified withdrawal the customer will not be able to request compensation for damages.

5. Withdrawal by the Customer (cancellation, cancellation), no show, early departure

The cancellation of a contract must be made by communicating to Tenuta Donna Maria via the channels on the website https://www.tenutadonnamaria.com (email and/or telephone).
Cancellation:

  • Within 20 days before the client’s arrival date the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a penalty by the client. In this case the entire booking amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made by the customer or the buyer during the period between the 20th and 10th day before arrival, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total cost.

You are not entitled to a refund if the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before arrival.

In the event of a no show (the customer does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation) the customer must pay 100% of the total agreed price (the agreed price includes accommodation and other booked services).

In case of late arrival the agreed total price must be paid.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for damage to buildings and/or inventory caused by himself, his family, his guests, according to the provisions of the law. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain sufficient insurance for such liability cases.

7. Privacy Policy

The information that the customer gives to the structure by telephone, in person, or via the booking form will be processed by the structure, unless otherwise agreed, for the following purposes:

  • for purposes that are relevant to the contract (booking data)
  • for purposes relating to EU laws, regulations or regulations (for example, information sheets pursuant to legal provisions)
